    Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Had a very nice stay for 10 nights. I got a new-fashioned room with separate bathroom.

    The hotel was attractive with excellent views and a stunning location in the evening great restaurants. I enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy. The staff were all immensely pleasant, welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and incredible, they make plenty of meals. The service was good, including a friendly check-in. I spent a very relaxing time here, recommend to anyone.

    I really enjoyed my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Vilamoura, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The staff were friendly in particular the staff on duty around the pool area.

    The only fault i had with this hotel was the price of drinks in the bar, i found them quite expensive.

    Our room was spacious with a fantastic sea view, and we spent quality time at the large pool area. Enjoyed walking to the marina and beach just minutes away.

    The process how they are giving the towels in the check in is dramatic. This is issues that a 5 star hotel must not have.

    The location is superb and facility is very secure and safe for younger children.

    At night the hotel is dead, there is no entertainment or life. This is ok, as Marina is very close and has all the entertainment you need. Eating and drinking at hotel is very expensive e.g €16 for a burger and chips (€4 outside), €5 for a beer (€2-3 outside, although on last day they did reduce to €4). If hotel reduced these prices, maybe people would spend overall more at hotel and also help point 1 and add life to the night scene at hotel.

    Good place with great wi-fi, a relaxing indoor pool, and excellent staff who helped me find good exchange rates on my first stay. I can't wait to return for my city trip!
